About Erica

Hi I’m Erica! I’m a real estate agent with LAER Realty in Framingham, MA.

My husband and I just bought our first house in Framingham and we’ve been transforming it from 1970’s chic to a more neutral style.

Owning a home has been more fun than I ever imagined. Even when something breaks or you realize how much oil heat actually costs. At the end of the day you can’t beat the sense of pride and contentment you get from knowing you’re home.

I love helping my clients find their place in the world, whatever that looks like for you.

In my spare time, I love to horseback ride, run, volunteer at Save a Dog in Sudbury, hang out in Newport, RI, and watch my cats play on their new screened-in porch. I went to UCONN for biology and I’m fluent in Portuguese.

I serve the Metrowest Massachusetts area including Framingham, Natick, Ashland, Franklin, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Medfield, Milford, Needham, Northborough, Sherborn, Sudbury, Southborough, Waltham, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston, Westwood, and Wrentham.
